Player applications will be processed for team creation on a first-come, first-served basis starting at open registration.  Once we have closed registration, we will determine the number of teams in each bracket based on the number of head coaches and assistant coaches that volunteer.  We will only create a team if we have a head coach and an assistant coach.  We will then inform the remaining children that they are on the waiting list.  If a parent is willing to volunteer as a head coach or assistant coach, their child will be placed on a team regardless of their position on the waiting list based on the order of registration.  However, they will still be required to be on an age-appropriate team.

We will leave open the possibility of adding new teams as late as possible.  Depending on the flexibility of our uniform vendor, we may even allow team formation after the bulk uniform order is placed, but we will not allow this situation to delay placement of the bulk uniform order.  This may require the late-forming team to pay a small additional fee to handle the incremental uniform charges.  This may require the late-forming team to play a week or two without their uniforms.

Mail-in registrations will not be accepted until after the completion of open registration.
