Player refunds
The club will refund registration fees for the
following reasons:

A child is not placed on a team due to a shortage of coaching
volunteers

An injury which occurs before the start of the season prevents the
child from participating

A child contracts a serious illness which prevents them from
participating

A family moves out of town (the Rochester District Youth Soccer
League area)

A player withdraws from in-house to join a RHSC travel team. (In
this case, we will transfer funds paid to travel.)
The Registrar must be
notified by April 1st of that year to request a refund. Refunds will
not be issued once rosters have been decided and uniforms ordered. Click

We will not reimburse for the following reasons:

A family is unhappy with team placement

The child also registers for another activity (ie: sport, work,
camp, etc.) with a conflicting schedule

A family is unable to provide transportation for the child

A child withdraws to join a travel team with another club
