Recreation Program Information - 2023 Season
Junior Falcon Teams (players 5 – 8 years old)
Our Junior Falcons are an in-house program, meaning games are played against the other RHSC Recreation Junior Falcon teams. Team size is kept small so that all players get the chance for maximum participation to grow their love of the sport.
- 6U is a co-ed program and play on Monday and Wednesday nights.
- 8U Boys play on Monday and Wednesday nights.
- 8U Girls on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Practices and games will be held as follows:
- 6U from 5:45 - 6:45
- B8U from 7:00 - 8:00
- G8U from 6:30 - 7:30
Falcon MURSL Teams (players 9 – 19 years old)
Players who are 9 through 19 years old will participate in the Monroe Recreation Youth Soccer League (MURSL). This provides our players the experience of playing competitive soccer at the recreation level and against teams from surrounding towns. This does require minimal travel on the part of the family; but away games are usually no more than a 15-minute drive.
- Boys play on Monday and Wednesday nights.
- Girls play on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Practice times* will be as follows:
- 10U from 6:00 – 7:15pm
- 13U from 6:00 – 7:15pm
- 16U from 6:00 – 7:15pm
- 19U from 7:15 – 8:30pm
Game start times are determined by MURSL and may vary from the practice times listed above. Game schedules are released around the middle of May with games beginning the week following Memorial Day.
Home fields are located at Martin Road Park - all team practices, Junior Falcon games and Falcon MURSL team home games will be held there.
Registration opens November 1, 2022 and will close March 31, 2023.
The season will begin on May 1, 2023** and run through the end of July, 2023.
