Update from Athletic Campus as of 11.10.2020
by posted 11/10/2020

Update from Athletic Campus as of 11/10/2020:

Due to rise in concern over Covid-19, and following the latest information provided by the State, we have decided to expand our indoor face covering policy to include all participants. This “universal face covering” includes all coaches and players on the field participating in training, practice and games.
We understand that this decision will be met with opposition by some. At this time, New York State guidelines does not require this, but we feel this is in the best interest of our business and the health and safety of our customers. It is the club and the coaching staff’s responsibility to enforce these policies amongst their players.
In compliance with the new guidelines set for Monroe County at this time, we are implementing the following additional policies:
  • Universal Face Covering– Everyone is now required to have the appropriate face covering on at all times within the building. This includes while on the field actively participating in play.
  • No Spectators– At this time we are not allowing any spectators in the facility for practices or programs
  • Capacity Limitations– We fall under the Youth and Recreation Sports Guidance set by New York State which has not changed. We are following the NY Guidelines and are continuing to stay under our 50% maximum capacity.
  • League Play– Our leagues will continue. All participants are required to wear face covering while playing. Each team will be separated to opposite sidelines.
    • For the rest of November, we will not be allowing spectators to enter the facility for league play. We realize this is an inconvenience, but it is out of our hands. We will be reviewing the guidelines put out by New York State and hope we will have the “Yellow Zone” lifted in the next week or so. Hopefully our region will rise to the challenge and help lower the rate so we may allow some spectators back in ASAP.
  • This goes in effect starting tomorrow, Wednesday November 11th

Our goal is to remain open and provide you and the community the opportunity to play. We appreciate your understanding and we will move forward and get through this together.
We will be actively following guidelines put out by New York State and will be reviewing these policies weekly regarding any possible changes to it.
Thank you,
The Athletic Campus

Indoor Training at The Athletic Campus
by posted 11/01/2020

Hello RHSC Falcons,

We are about to start our indoor training for the 2020/2021 season. We are reurning to The Athletic Campus for indoor training from November through April. We understand the health and safety concerns associated with our players training indoor. We promise that the safety, health and well being of all the players, families and RHSC volunteers is our #1 priority. We are instructing our Coaches and all team staff personel to wear a mask when social distancing is not possible.

We have scheduled training sessions to have less participants inside the facility at the same time. We have instructed our coaches to make sure the players are not sharing equipment. We will be sanitizing our equipment before and after each use.

The following are details of the safety measures from The Athletic Campus :

Masks are required while on the premise and in the facility. An athlete may remove their mask when on the field training.

  • All high traffic areas and fields are sanitized on a frequent basis.
  • Social distancing signs and markers have been placed throughout the facility.
  • Hand sanitizing station have been placed at entrances and exits as well as throughout the facility
  • With over 50,000 square feet of facility space we will be able to accommodate team training even with a low occupancy restriction set by the government.
  • We have industrial exhaust fans and vents that help promote fresh air from the outdoors circulated through the buildings. Garage doors will be opened and used as needed.

If anyone has questions or needs assistance please contact me.
     Thank you. Stay Safe!
