Registration
Online Online player registration is now open through our secure Demosphere site for the 2011 season (May-July).
We are pleased to announce that the Rush-Henrietta Soccer Club can now accept player registrations for our House program online. Using this secure online system you can register players (ages 5-18) and take care of your registration fee by using a credit card. If you prefer to pay by check, you can still register online and forward your check directly to RHSC.
Walk-In If you would prefer to register in person, join us Saturday, February 5, 2011 between 10am and 1pm at Dick's Sporting Goods in the Marketplace Mall.
Volunteers will be available to answer questions about registration, coaching, volunteer opportunities, and uniform sizing.
Mail-In For those that prefer to mail in their registration, updated forms for our 2011 season will be posted on this website and available at both the Rush and Henrietta Town Halls shortly.
Registration for the 2011 season will end on March 19, 2011.
2011 House Fee Schedule:
$60 = one player in family
Discounts provided for multiple players in the same family:
$115= two players in family
$165 = three players in family
$210 = four players in family
$250 = five players in family
Team PlacementPlayer applications will be processed for team creation on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once registration has been closed, the number of teams in each bracket will be determined based on the number of head coaches and assistant coaches that volunteer. Players will be eligible to be placed on teams in the order they were registered. Registrants that exceed the number of available teams will be placed on a waiting list.
The players placed on the waiting list will be notified of their options. If a parent/guardian of a waitlisted player is willing to volunteer as a head coach or assistant coach for the child's age-appropriate team, the child will be place on that team regardless of their position on the waitlist.
To enable more children to play, we will leave open the possibility of adding new teams as late as possible but cannot delay placement of the bulk uniform order. This may require the late-forming team to pay a small additional fee to handle the incremental uniform charges and may delay the uniform delivery.
As a volunteer organization, we are unable to honor individual team placement requests. It is the policy of RHSC’s House Program to assign teams in a random manner. We cannot accept requests for team placement based on carpooling, friends, age (i.e. playing up), etc.
Teams will be formed with the following considerations:
- Completely random
- Coach and Assistant Coach placement
- Registration order
- Siblings in the same age bracket
Please Note: Children in the same age division will be playing on the same set of fields.
U6 level games will be played at Winslow Elementary School
U8 level will be played at Sherman Elementary School
Above U8 at Town Park
Please do not ask to move teams. The placement decision of the team formation committee
is final.
Player Refunds
The club will refund registration fees for the
following reasons:

A child is not placed on a team due to a shortage of coaching
volunteers

An injury which occurs before the start of the season prevents the
child from participating

A child contracts a serious illness which prevents them from
participating

A family moves out of town (the Rochester District Youth Soccer
League area)

A player withdraws from in-house to join a RHSC travel team. (In
this case, we will transfer funds paid to travel.)
The Registrar must be
notified by April 1st of that year to request a refund. Refunds will
not be issued once rosters have been decided and uniforms ordered. Click

We will not reimburse for the following reasons:

A family is unhappy with team placement

The child also registers for another activity (ie: sport, work,
camp, etc.) with a conflicting schedule

A family is unable to provide transportation for the child

A child withdraws to join a travel team with another club
